On Friday 17th February 2023, The Sunshine Kitchen held its first celebration dinner event which included a five course tasting menu and a silent auction. Designed to showcase the talents of our young people, the food featured produce that they had grown in their own garden, and variations on items that they make regularly for their market stalls and catering. The team provided all of the service at the event from directing guests to their tables, to pouring welcome drinks and plating up and serving the food.
